Ingredients

  • 1 medium zucchini (chopped)
  • 1 small garlic clove (minced)
  • 1/4 small onion (chopped)
  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp cream or plain yogurt (optional)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • A pinch of dried thyme or basil

Cooking Steps:
