Ingredients

  • 5 oz (140g) sirloin or flank steak, cubed
  • ½ bell pepper (any color), cut into chunks
  • ½ small red onion, cut into chunks
  • 2-3 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: wooden skewer (soaked in water for 15 mins)

Notes

Cooking Steps:
  1. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Marinate steak cubes in the mixture for at least 15 minutes (or longer if time allows).
  3. Thread steak, peppers, onions, and tomatoes onto the skewer, alternating pieces.
  4. Preheat a grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Grill kebab for 10–12 minutes, turning every few minutes until steak is cooked to your liking and veggies are slightly charred.
  6. Let rest for 2 minutes, then serve hot.
