- 5 oz (140g) sirloin or flank steak, cubed
- ½ bell pepper (any color), cut into chunks
- ½ small red onion, cut into chunks
- 2-3 cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional: wooden skewer (soaked in water for 15 mins)
Cooking Steps:

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Marinate steak cubes in the mixture for at least 15 minutes (or longer if time allows).
