- 1 salmon fillet (~5–6 oz)
- 1 tbsp white miso paste
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp rice vinegar
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 cup cooked farro
- 1/2 cup sautéed greens (spinach, kale, or bok choy)
- 1/4 cup shredded carrot or sliced cucumber
- 1 green onion, sliced
- Optional toppings: sesame seeds, sriracha, lime wedge
Cooking Steps:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Mix miso paste, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil in a small bowl.

Place salmon on foil or a small baking dish and brush generously with miso glaze.
