Ingredients

  • 6–8 medium-sized mushrooms (such as cremini or button)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Notes

Cooking Steps:
  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium heat.
  2. Clean mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove stems if desired.
  3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
