- 150g firm tofu
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp sugar or honey
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp rice vinegar (optional)
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tsp vegetable oil (for frying)
- Chopped green onions & sesame seeds for garnish
- Steamed rice or veggies (optional, for serving)
