Ingredients

  • 1/2 cooked chicken breast (shredded or chopped)
  • 1/4 cup chopped broccoli (steamed or microwaved)
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp grated parmesan
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream or milk (low-carb)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Optional: pinch of paprika or crushed red pepper

Notes

Cooking Steps:
  1. Preheat oven or toaster oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cooked chicken, broccoli, cream cheese, heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a small greased baking dish or ramekin.
  4. Top with shredded cheddar and parmesan.
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until hot and bubbly with melted cheese on top.
