Ingredients

  • 1 small slider bun or dinner roll
  • 2 oz sliced deli roast beef
  • 1 slice provolone or Swiss cheese
  • ½ tsp butter (optional, for toasting bun)
  • ¼ cup beef broth
  • ¼ tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Pinch of garlic powder
  • Pinch of onion powder

Cooking Steps:

  1. Make Au Jus: In a small saucepan, combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Heat over medium until hot. Set aside for dipping.
  2. Toast Bun (Optional): Lightly butter the inside of the bun and toast in a skillet until golden.
  3. Assemble Slider: Layer roast beef and cheese on the bottom half of the bun. Top with the other half.
  4. Heat Slider: Warm the assembled slider in the oven (350°F) or a skillet with a lid for 5 minutes, or until cheese melts.
