Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can (8 oz) crescent roll dough
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for greasing)

Notes

Cooking Steps:

  1. Prepare the Chicken:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Make the Filling:
In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Stir well until combined.
  3. Wrap the Chicken:
Roll out the crescent dough and separate into triangles. Place each chicken breast on a dough triangle and top with the cheese mixture. Roll the chicken breasts in the dough, folding the ends to seal the filling inside.
  4. Bake:
Place the wrapped chicken in the prepared baking dish. Bake for 25 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F) and the dough is golden brown.
  5. Serve:
Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving. Serve with a side of vegetables or a salad for a complete meal.
