Ingredients

  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • ½ cup sliced mushrooms (button or cremini)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh grated ginger (optional)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ tsp sesame oil (optional)
  • 1 tsp vegetable or olive oil
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Cooked rice or noodles (optional, for serving)

Notes

Cooking Steps:

  1. Heat oil in a small skillet or wok over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic (and ginger, if using) and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Toss in broccoli and mushrooms. Stir-fry for 4–5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
