Ingredients

  • ½ block (about 150g) firm tofu
  • 3 tbsp BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)
  • 1 tsp olive oil (for grilling or pan)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped green onions or sesame seeds for garnish

Notes

Cooking Steps:
  1. Press tofu for at least 15 minutes to remove excess water.
  2. Slice tofu into 2–3 thick slabs or cubes.
  3. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  4. Brush with BBQ sauce and let sit for 5–10 minutes.
  5. Heat oil in a grill pan or skillet over medium heat.
  6. Cook tofu for 4–5 minutes per side until browned and slightly crispy.
