Ingredients

  • 1 small boneless chicken thigh or breast (about 5 oz), cut into 2 slider-sized pieces
  • 2 slider buns
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp oil (for pan-frying)

Bang Bang Sauce:

  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
